At Ceintix, delivery is free, with no minimum purchase. We deliver throughout Europe, as well as to North and South America. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, with home delivery or Point Relais in the event of absence.

Returns & exchanges within 30 days
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
Returns are free of charge in the case of an exchange or a voucher request.
In the event of a refund request, a fixed fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of the return, using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
