Return and refund policy

Free delivery

At Ceintix, delivery is free, with no minimum purchase. We deliver throughout Europe, as well as to North and South America. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, with home delivery or Point Relais in the event of absence.

During busy periods (sales, holidays), lead times may be slightly extended.

Responsible packaging

Each belt is carefully packed in a hessian bag, a natural, recyclable and biodegradable material. This choice is part of our commitment to more responsible fashion.

Order tracking

Returns & exchanges within 30 days

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.

• Returns are free of charge in the case of an exchange or a voucher request.

• In the event of a refund request, a fixed fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the amount refunded.

• Refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of the return, using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
