Ceintix Terms and Conditions of Use

DEFINITIONS "Personal information" means the data you provided when registering; "Product" means a product offered for sale on the website; "Countries served" means metropolitan France, the European Union and the countries available for delivery indicated on our website; "We" means Ceintix, a company whose registered office is located at 2 Rue Galvani, Massy 91300; "Website" means the website located at the address www.ceintix.com or any other URL that may replace it; "You": a user of this website.
USE OF WEBSITE 2.1 Access Access to this website is provided to you in accordance with these terms and conditions and all orders must be placed in strict accordance with these terms and conditions. Our site is intended for use by persons residing in the Serviced Countries. We do not accept orders from other regions.

2.2 Registration 2.2.1 By registering, you warrant that: (a) the personal information provided is true, accurate, current and complete; (b) you will immediately notify us of any changes by writing to us at sales@ceintix.com. 2.2.2 You undertake not to impersonate any third party or use false information.

2.3 Our rights We reserve the right to: (a) modify or withdraw all or part of the site without notice; (b) modify these conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS 3.1 Ordering 3.1.1 By ordering on our site, you declare :

have legal capacity ;
be at least 18 years old;
reside in a country served. 3.1.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by e-mail and then confirm shipment. The contract is formed with this confirmation. 3.1.3 An order may be refused if :
the product is unavailable ;
payment refused ;
a price error is detected;
the eligibility criteria are not met. 3.1.4 If you have any questions, please write to us at sales@ceintix.com.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT 4.1 You may cancel within 14 days of receipt of the Products. Refunds will be made in accordance with our policy. 4.2 You must inform us in writing and return the Products at your expense. Products must be returned in their original condition. 4.3 This right does not apply to personalized products, unless they are defective.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 5.1 We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information. Prices will be confirmed in the shipping e-mail. 5.2 Colors may differ slightly from actual colors.
PRICES AND PAYMENT 6.1 Prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges. 6.2 Prices are subject to change without affecting confirmed orders. 6.3 We secure payments but are not responsible for fraudulent use. 6.4 For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for their payment.
DELIVERY 7.1 We deliver within 5 working days in France, subject to availability. Allow an additional 4 working days for custom orders. 7.2 Orders may be sent in several packages, subject to availability. 7.3 For more information, see our Delivery page.
RETURN OF GOODS 8.1 You have 14 days to return the Products. A processing fee may be deducted. 8.2 (a) If you return the product in compliance with the conditions, you will receive a full refund within 30 days. (b) In the event of a defect, we will inform you by e-mail and refund all costs. 8.3 Refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. 8.4 Personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. 8.5 Exchanges are processed free of charge. In the event of a price difference, it will be adjusted.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES We have no control over third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
PRIVACY POLICY Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the site, you accept these conditions.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS 11.1 Ceintix gift vouchers are valid online. 11.2 Not redeemable for cash. 11.3 Balance can be used at a later date. 11.4 Cannot be used to settle an account. 11.5 Unique voucher code must be entered. 11.6 Damaged vouchers are not valid. 11.7 In case of return, a replacement voucher will be issued.
MULTIPLE PURCHASE OFFERS 12.1 Offers apply only to the products concerned. 12.2 Cannot be combined with other promotions. 12.3 Additional costs are excluded from discounts. 12.4 If an item is returned, the total discount is recalculated. 12.5 Out-of-stock items are excluded. 12.6 Limit of three offers per order.
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS 13.1 Only one voucher per transaction. Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. 13.2 Cannot be combined. 13.3 Valid only on ceintix.com. 13.4 In the event of a return, the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the refund. 13.5 Not valid for alterations or postage. 13.6 Not compatible with certain payment methods.
14.1 We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure. 14.2 This includes, but is not limited to: (a) strikes, riots, wars; (b) natural disasters; (c) transportation or telecommunications failures; (d) government restrictions. 14.3 The performance period is extended by the duration of the force majeure event.
GENERAL 15.1 The content of this website is the property of Ceintix. 15.2 Reproduction is prohibited without our authorization. 15.3 By using the site, you accept that communications are electronic. 15.4 Notices may be sent to sales@ceintix.com or to our postal address. 15.5 The contract is binding on all parties. 15.6 If any clause is illegal, the remaining clauses remain valid. 15.7 No waiver is implied. 15.8 The contract constitutes the entire agreement. 15.9 We may amend these Conditions at any time. 15.10 These Conditions are governed by French law. The courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
