What types of belts do you offer?
We offer belts for men, women and children: automatic, adjustable, classic or reversible, always in quality leather.
What are the delivery times?
Our packages are delivered on average within 8 to 12 working days in Europe and America. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is 100% free, with no minimum purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ceintix.com.
How does the return function work?
You have 30 days to return an item. The return is free of charge for an exchange or a credit note. In the case of a refund, €6.90 will be deducted.
What sizes are available?
Our belts are adjustable and cover the following sizes: 85-100 cm, 101-115 cm, and 116-130 cm.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt of the return, using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
Are Ceintix belts guaranteed?
Yes, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I care for my leather belt?
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. You can also apply a colorless leather care product to prolong its life.
