Free delivery in Europe & North America

Ceintix offers free delivery with no minimum purchase. We deliver to France, several European Union countries (Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy...) and North America (Canada, USA).
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days via Colissimo or an equivalent carrier, with delivery to your home address or to a relay point in the event of absence.
During busy periods (sales, holidays...), lead times may be slightly extended by 72 hours.

Responsible packaging

Each item is carefully packed in a hessian bag, a natural, recyclable and biodegradable material. This choice is in line with our desire to offer a more environmentally-friendly experience, without unnecessary plastic.

Order tracking

Returns & exchanges within 30 days

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
Returns are free of charge in the case of an exchange or a voucher request.
In the event of a refund request, a fixed fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the return, using the same method of payment used for the purchase.
